1. General Provisions

1.1. These terms of the vufis.store online store (the "Terms") constitute a legally binding document between the Buyer and the Seller, Vufis, MB (the "Seller"), setting out the rights, obligations, and liability of both parties.

1.2. Seller's details:

  • Company: Vufis, MB
  • Company code: 307576959
  • Registered address: Titnago g. 10A, LT-02300 Vilnius, Lithuania
  • Contact email: hello@vufis.store
  • Phone: +370 628 79461
  • The Seller is not a VAT payer.

1.3. Purchases on vufis.store may be made by legally capable adults, as well as legal entities.

1.4. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct, or supplement these Terms at any time. Buyers are informed of any changes by publication on the vufis.store website. Changes apply to orders placed after publication; orders already placed remain governed by the Terms in effect at the time of the order.

2. Formation of the Purchase–Sale Contract

2.1. A purchase–sale contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded once the Buyer has assembled a shopping cart, selected a delivery and payment method, reviewed these Terms, and successfully completed payment.

3. Seller's Rights

3.1. Where important circumstances arise, the Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the operation of the online store without prior notice to the Buyer. Orders already accepted and paid for before such suspension will either be fulfilled or refunded.

3.2. If the Buyer attempts to disrupt the operation, stability, or security of the online store, or breaches their obligations, the Seller may restrict or suspend the Buyer's access to the online store without warning.

4. Seller's Obligations

4.1. The Seller undertakes to make the services of the online store available to the Buyer in accordance with these Terms.

4.2. The Seller undertakes to deliver the Buyer's purchased goods using the Buyer's chosen delivery method, in accordance with these Terms.

4.3. Where, due to unforeseen circumstances, the Seller is unable to deliver an ordered product, the Seller will notify the Buyer and may offer a comparable product. If the Buyer declines, the Seller will refund the amount paid within 3 (three) business days.

4.4. Where the Buyer exercises the right set out in Section 5.2, the Seller undertakes to refund the amount paid within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receiving the returned product.

4.5. The Seller may withhold a refund until the product has been returned to the Seller, or until the Buyer provides proof that the product has been sent back — whichever occurs first.

5. Buyer's Rights

5.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these Terms.

5.2. In accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Lithuanian Civil Code, the Buyer (as a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the purchase–sale contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the delivery date, without giving any reason, by notifying the Seller in writing at hello@vufis.store.

5.3. This right may only be exercised if the product has not been damaged, has not materially changed in appearance, has not been used, and retains its original tags and packaging.

6. Buyer's Obligations

6.1. The Buyer must pay for goods ordered and accept delivery in accordance with these Terms.

6.2. If the Buyer, without good reason, refuses to accept delivery of goods, the Buyer must, upon the Seller's request, cover the cost of returning the goods to the Seller.

6.3. Upon delivery, the Buyer is encouraged to check the condition of the parcel and product together with the person delivering it, and to notify the Seller promptly of any damage found.

6.4. By using the online store and placing an order, the Buyer confirms that they have read, agree to, and will comply with these Terms.

7. Product Prices

7.1. Prices in the online store are listed in euros. As the Seller is not a VAT payer, VAT is not added to the price.

7.2. Once an order is confirmed, a delivery fee may be added to the total, where applicable — see Section 9.

8. Ordering and Payment

8.1. The Buyer selects desired products in the online store and adds them to the shopping cart. Once the cart is complete, the Buyer provides the details necessary to fulfil the order: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email. The Buyer confirms they have read these Terms and confirms the order.

8.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

8.3. Payment is made by bank card via the Stripe payment system. Payments are accepted in euros. The Seller does not see or store the Buyer's card details — these are handled solely by Stripe.

8.4. The order is processed only once payment has been received.

9. Delivery

9.1. Goods are delivered within Lithuania and to all European Union countries via LP Express and Omniva (parcel lockers and/or courier), selected by the Buyer at checkout.

9.2. The Buyer must provide an accurate delivery address when placing an order. The Seller is not liable if a product is not delivered due to incorrect information provided by the Buyer.

9.3. The Buyer must accept delivery personally or designate another recipient. Where goods are delivered to the address provided by the Buyer, the Buyer may not raise a claim regarding delivery to the wrong person.

9.4. Estimated delivery time is 1–3 business days within Lithuania and 3–7 business days to other EU countries, from payment confirmation. These timeframes are estimates; the Seller is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control or by the fault of the delivery service.

9.5. Product characteristics are described on each product's page. The Seller is not liable if a product's colour, shape, or other characteristics shown online differ slightly from the actual product due to the Buyer's display settings.

9.6. Where the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal (Section 5.2), all amounts paid, including the Buyer's original delivery costs (based on the Seller's cheapest offered delivery option), will be refunded.

10. Returns and Quality Guarantee

10.1. Products in conforming condition may be returned within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Article 6.228¹⁰ of the Civil Code.

10.2. To return a product, the following conditions must be met:

10.2.1. the returned product must be in its original, intact packaging with original tags (does not apply when returning a defective product);

10.2.2. the product must be undamaged and unused, retaining its original condition (does not apply when returning a defective product);

10.2.3. the Seller may refuse to accept a returned product if these conditions are not met.

10.3. Return shipping costs are covered by the Seller — the Buyer will not need to pay to return a conforming product.

10.4. All products are covered by the statutory 2 (two) year liability for non-conformity of goods under the Lithuanian Civil Code. Defects in non-conforming products will be remedied, and such products replaced or refunded, in accordance with the Civil Code. Upon discovering a defect, the Buyer must notify the Seller at hello@vufis.store, describing the defect and, where possible, including a photo.

10.5. Refunds are made to the Buyer using the same payment method used for the original purchase, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day the Seller receives the returned product or proof that it has been sent back, unless the parties agree otherwise.

11. Final Provisions

11.1. These Terms are drawn up in accordance with, governed by, and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

11.2. Neither party is liable for failing to fulfil its obligations under these Terms where this is due to unforeseen circumstances beyond that party's control (force majeure).

11.3. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be resolved in accordance with Lithuanian law
