We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something didn't work out — wrong size, wrong color, or you simply changed your mind — you can return it.

Return Window

You can return items within 14 calendar days of receiving them, no reason required.

Return Conditions

For a return to be accepted, the product must be:

• unused and undamaged;
• with original tags attached;
• in its original packaging (where possible).

How to Return an Item

1. Email us at hello@vufis.store with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
2. We'll confirm and send you instructions on where to send the product.
3. Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

Who Pays for Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are covered by Vufis — you won't need to pay to return an item.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we'll refund your payment using the same method you used to pay, no later than 14 days afterward.

Exchanges

Want a different size or color instead? Email us and we'll help arrange an exchange with no hassle.

Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us right away — in this case, returning it and getting a replacement or refund won't cost you anything, and it's also covered by our warranty.
